BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL - Please read below fully.
This is a polite reminder to ask that you please try and restrict any barking. I appreciate the dogs can be quite excited on arrival but following a complaint from a neighbour, we are just reminding you that we are part of a village and not everyone wants to hear consistent barking.
PLEASE NOTE the fence height is 4' with hedging around - please take this into consideration - it will not suit all dogs!
Please note that we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you book but do not pay at the time of booking and don't show, we will still charge you. For any cancellations, we reserve the right to deduct any fees charged to us by the payment provider.
Please help us to keep the Dog Park/Field clean and pick up your dog's poo. There will be one that is inevitably missed and we kindly ask that if you come across one, please pick it up. We recommend that you bring your own water - we will no longer be providing bowls as a rule.
The booking is for sole use & you will be the only person using that particular facility (unless playtime session) however, there will be other dogs on site i.e training classes, physio or using another area of the premises.
The dog park is the perfect size to allow your dog to have a run without worrying about getting them back, it's a great size for training, playing and interacting with your dog(s) and is situated on the right hand side as you drive in through the gate.
The dog field is through the second gate, please leave your car in the car park and walk up. The field is larger but please note the fencing is only 4' high and does not have so much hedging around the perimeter.
Please stick to your booking time, we try to have a 15 minute changeover for the dog park to minimise any people/dogs meeting.
Why not order a hot drink while you are with us - tea, coffee, latte, cappuccino or hot chocolate (at extra cost and during shop hours 9.30am-1pm CLOSED ON MONDAYS).
There is a dog poo bin situated outside the dog park/field, please take all other rubbish with you.
PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG if they have any form of sickness or diarrhoea.
PLEASE NOTE THAT PONIES ARE KEPT ON SITE
Directions: If you coming from Royston or Buntingford then the easiest way is via the A10. Turn off at Buckland and follow that road pretty much all the way. You will pass a house on the right hand side (Greenways) - we are the next driveway on the right.
